【注意事項Boardriders Club notice】

1.2024/9/3 起啟用的會員新制將取代舊制，新會員制度適用於直營店櫃與官網消費金額即可加入會員制度累計；舊會員既定的會籍不受影響，惟升等Boardrider等級者會籍效期為一年，如升等為Boardrider會籍後一年內未達指定消費金額則會自動調整為VIP等級。               

Starting from September 3, 2024, a new membership system will replace the old one. The new membership system allows customers to accumulate based on their purchases at company-owned stores and websites.                                                                       

2. 凡消費即可累積消費金額，會籍期間累積達消費金額門檻即可升等/續等，升等/續等後消費金額將歸零重新計算，如有退貨其對應的累積消費金額亦將回收不進行累計。

【CREW】凡註冊即可成為會員。

【VIP】單筆消費滿 $8,000 或 成為CREW後一年內累積消費滿$12,000。

【BOARDRIDER】單筆消費滿 $12,000或 成為VIP後一年內累積消費滿$15,000

*BOARDRIDER等級一年內累積消費滿$8,000即可續會，如未達金額門檻則調整為VIP級別

Customers can accumulate their purchase amounts with every transaction. During the membership period, reaching the designated spending threshold will qualify members for an upgrade or renewal. Upon upgrade or renewal, the accumulated purchase amount will reset to zero for recalibration. Returns will result in the corresponding accumulated purchase amounts being deducted and not counted towards future accumulation.                                                                                 

3 .申請入會及優惠券使用需下載註冊官方APP，每支手機號碼僅可申請一個會員資格，請務必填寫真實正確的會員資料以便生日禮及優惠發送，如因資料錯誤無法收到優惠訊息恕不補發。

To apply for membership and use coupons, please download and register through the official mobile app. Each phone number can only be used to apply for one membership. It is essential to provide accurate and truthful membership information to ensure receipt of birthday and promotional offers. We regret that we cannot reissue missed promotional messages due to incorrect information.

4 . 使用會員APP優惠券時，請務必於結帳前出示優惠券條碼以便店員核銷使用，如因故無法出示恕無法做消費金額折抵使用；APP優惠券皆不適用於OUTLET消費折抵使用，如有退貨優惠券恕無法補發；優惠券不得合併使用、

使用效期及適用通路請參各券面所示。  

When using coupons from the membership app, please present the coupon barcode for verification by the cashier before checkout. Failure to present the coupon may result in inability to apply the discount towards the purchase amount. Refunded coupons cannot be reissued. Coupons from the app cannot be used for discounts at outlet stores. Please refer to the coupon for its validity period and applicable channels for use.

5.BOARDRIDERS CLUB 會員制度適用於 BOARDRIDERS 集團旗下品牌包含QUIKSILVER, ROXY, BILLABONG, RVCA, DC SHOES, ELEMENT 品牌，其他品牌則依當時活動辦法執行；如所填會員資料不實 BOARDRIDERS CLUB 有權不辦理其會員資格，閃銀保有隨時調整最終優惠內容之權益。

The BOARDRIDERS CLUB membership system applies to brands under the BOARDRIDERS group, including QUIKSILVER, ROXY, BILLABONG, RVCA, DC SHOES, and ELEMENT. Other brands will be handled according to the current promotional guidelines. BOARDRIDERS CLUB reserves the right to reject membership applications if the provided information is found to be untrue. BOARDRIDERS retains the right to adjust the final content of offers at any time.

If you need to change your membership phone number or have issues with member information and coupon usage, please email your name, cellphone number, and a description of the issue to info@boardriders.com.tw. We will have dedicated personnel to assist for you.
